You must create an account to use certain features of Labellift. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload, distribute, or promote copyrighted content without ownership or proper authorization.
• Infringe on third-party rights (including intellectual property rights).
• Interfere with or damage our Services or systems.
• Use bots or automated scripts to interact with our platform.

By uploading content for distribution, you confirm that:

• You own or have the legal right to distribute the music.
• You grant Labellift the right to distribute your content to third-party platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music) on your behalf.
• You retain full ownership of your content.

Labellift reserves the right to reject or remove content that violates these Terms or any applicable laws.

If you use our white-label offering:

• You are solely responsible for your brand's compliance with these Terms and with applicable regulations.
• You must not misrepresent Labellift's role in your platform's functionality.

• Fees for services (distribution, analytics, subscriptions) will be clearly stated before purchase.
• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Labellift uses third-party payment processors. We do not store your card information.

All rights, title, and interest in Labellift (including software, design, trademarks, and content) are owned by or licensed toLabellift. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Labellift at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our users, platform, or brand.

You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.

Labellift is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Labellift shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Labellift, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes through email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
